This mix has potency fot helping to increase my stomach acid 🙏🏼 I can feel how it creates an effect on my immunity too 🙂 The size and package are good also for traveling. The taste is quite strong but it helps me figure out how many mg in need on a given day 🥰

i've only been taking this for a few days but i have done my research on why this is beneficial especially for women. we need zinc and vitamin c on a daily basis and when taken together they are very supportive of our immune system and overall health. i have an iron deficiency and this also enhances the absorption of iron from plant-based foods. i love that it also has trace minerals because most produce from the stores are grown in mineral depleted soil and therefore less effective for our bodies. i only mix 1ml per 8oz cup of water because the recommended dosage exeeds our daily value needs. it tastes ok, not bad at all!
