Great value for the money. The once-a-day dose is super convenient, though not optimal way to take a multivitamin. I like this basic formula because it has a good amount of well-absorbed vitamins and minerals though not all of them. The tablet is small, which is nice, but it does leave a strong aftertaste though only temporary. The biggest downside for me is that it gives me stomach pain if I take it on an empty stomach.
