This is an easy daily vit. I chose it after a fair amount of research. It turns out all the multivits with mega percentages of vitamins are actually not great. I like that this is just a boost. It's doing what a multivit is supposed to do -- fill in little gaps for those of us who know we likely have them in our diet on a day to day basis. Capsules are a reasonable size and easy to swallow.
