The texture is quite thick (especially when kept in refrigerator). It doesn't pour well and i have to dig it out using a small spatula. It tastes great though and it does not contain the unhealthy soy/seed oils. The ingredients are clean and minimal. It can be a little expensive considering the small bottle but healthy option is not cheap nowadays. Overall, very happy with the flavour and will definitely buy again (during promotion).

This Caesar dressing is one of our favorites. It tastes great and is made with healthier ingredients. I am deducting a star because while I love that it comes in a glass bottle, it is SO thick it becomes difficult to get out and we usually have to try and scoop it out with a knife. It would be much better in a mayonnaise-style jar.
