Just wanted to point out that CLOVE is the main aroma and flavor that is prominent. I was hoping for a cinnamon forward scent and flavor, nope. If you want a warming flavor and scent profile perfect for baking, use this. I bought this to make pumpkin spice coffee but I am missing that cinnamon aroma I was hoping for. However, I still like it with my hot drinks but only using a small dash. I do love this brand for the quality tho. They never miss on quality with spices, teas, herbs and psyllium husk. Better for baking than hot drinks in my opinion.
