Let me start off by saying I love cooking. I especially love cooking international/ethnic inspired dishes. While I could go out and buy all the herbs and spices needed to make my own Zaatar seasoning, let's face it—I'm much too lazy for that. This provides a great flavor in a convenient pre-mixed blend. So easy! Plus, I've always been happy with all the Frontier Co-op items I've tried. All their seasonings have been great quality and don't have all those added "fillers". I will be using this for lots of future recipes for sure!

I can use this seasoning in many different ways. As a topper for a breakfast dish of added in for marinades. Nice to have this spice for those that follow a Mediterranean diet.

This blend brings together traditional ingredients with an aromatic twist.  It’s great sprinkled over vegetables, flatbreads or hummus for that savoury herby lift. In Indian kitchens, it adds a unique flavour but keep in mind you’ll want to store it well so the flavor stays fresh.

This is a very nice blend to use in Medditeranean dishes. I thought about making my own blend when I got into new recipes, but this is easy and convenient.

Sturdy grass bottle and very promising quality. The smell alone is amazing and transports me somewhere towards the Middle East. I'm looking forward to enjoying more quality products by the Frontier Co-op.

I use it instead of salt and it has nice benefit, the quality is wow as you feel each ingrediants, great for breakfast seasioning.
