I love coffee and tea! So this is my new favorite. However this taste amazingly close to a blended lite half calf. I didn't feel a caffeine rush but I did a slight boost in my mental abilities and focus. The quality is great one bag serving is 2 perfect cups, with creamer (for me). The size and package are both nice. Please look up the benefits of each individual ingredient as they all sound great and healthy. However, may still be too much for others. Sip wisely. Enjoy!

Caffeine-free Coffee substitute
The taste is bitter and reasonably coffee-like if you are a coffee lover. I can't really taste the mushrooms. It could be a placebo effect but I do find it energizing in the morning. The size of Teecino teabags are indeed generous and I like the quality and ingredients in this blend. This is my favorite of their mushroom teas.
