Excellent quality supplement, top notch ingredients and taste! My boyfriend is an adult - age 32 - yet takes this as he has issues with pills (so this is best chewable option, perfect in serving and size) and after a week already feels the benefits as he was having gut issues. The quality seems to be great, and the dosage size is good. Overall, the ingredients are good and I heard the benefits are great too. My kids take it everyday, I can tell it’s working because sometimes it gives instant release and other times I they have to wait a few days. I know for sure when they use it, they love the taste.

We’ve been trying different probiotics for the kids, and this one’s a hit! The cherry flavor is honestly so good that they think it’s candy. I like that it’s not too sweet, and it’s vegetarian too. One gummy a day keeps their tummy happy plus it’s easy to bring when we’re out.
I've been trying to build my grandchild's immune system up due to so much sickness being passed around between their cousins. I was hesitant about spore probiotics but I read about a parent whose child kept getting sick who then tried spore probiotics and that did the trick. (Likely due to high survivability) Of course I tested spore probiotics on myself first to make sure that they were good and I didn't have any odd reactions. I don't use these as a stand-alone probiotic for my grandchild - I give them acidophilus and Bifidobacteria as well.
