It used to be a problem of mine to miss going to the toilet regularly but since I started taking this probiotic, I’ve been cleansing my bowels regularly. Sometimes it’s even more than twice a day. I’m really glad I’ve found this product and I hope it doesn’t get discontinued. It’s the first product I’ve tried that works!
These are a little bit pricey (though Iherb has the best price I've seen for them), but I will continue to buy this forever. My digestion has improved SO much since taking this consistently. I no longer experience the intense bloating and discomfort that I used to prior to adding a good quality probiotic to my diet.
Have always heard about probiotics... just never tried it before. Am regular on good yogurt, and thought that was enough. Not looking to getting thin but was more attracted to its content plus just a tablet a day. Am pretty sensitive to tons of food especially beans. What I noticed almost immediately was the bloat . Bloat is now gone. Another plus point is the energy that I feel. It’s 5 stars from me.

I started this as I thought it’d help get things moving (I have innate colonic inertia) and a boost of desperately needed energy from constipation. This seems to help with the fatigue but decreases my appetite…thus, the item name, I guess. It’d probably be an appropriate item for one seeking to suppress their appetite, seeking an energy boost, and maintaining a healthy gut. I’m not sure if I’ll continue to take this as I don’t feel an improvement in my gut motility.

I like the combination of pre and probiotics. Had some bloating when I first used it, probably due to the inulin, but then my body adjusted, and I had much smoother digestion. Did not aid in weight loss at all, but felt good when taking it. Ultimately switched to another strain from the same brand that had the same prebiotics but not the weight loss supplement -- cheaper that way and didn't have the hassle of buying an age restricted product.
