Probiotics without prebiotics are ineffective. As a holistic practitioner I've tested multiple supplements and this product is the best combination and has real impact on regenerating the intestinal lining. Boost the impact of this product & good bacteria levels by eating more fermented food.
I have lots of problems with my post virus gut from 2021/2022. I did a microbiome test and it showed I didn't have enough good organisms and had a little too much of bad ones. I like the Dr Tobias brand, and used one of the products with preforpro, which is fantastic for dysbiotic guts. This version has preforpro, plus spore based organisms, so that helps in two ways. I feel my gut hurts less and my digestion is better when I use these. I take it in the morning before a good sized breakfast as I want anything with probiotics getting pushed through to my colon rather than in my small intestines, and this works well for me.
I don't really notice anything different in gut health. It's not bad. It doesn't send you to the bathroom quickly. The capsules I think are easy and small enough to swallow. There isn't any taste and you don't have to stick it in the fridge.
Dr Tobias is a good quality brand with good ingredients. Size of capsule is OK. Wishing they can sell a large size for economies of scale. Take as a supplement, benefit is seen within a few days. Helps balance digestion and absorption by addressing the gut microbiome. Constipation is also addressed. No taste as this is in capsules.

These were great probiotics to use and seemed effective. I ended up changing to a different product with more strains being covered which suited me better but worth trying for your body based on the quality and ingredients
