Excellent product with a sensible dosage of active ingredients. When choosing your turmeric supplement it's important to read the fine print. This product has 5mg of perine (black pepper extract), which improves our body's ability to absorb curcumin. Good value for money, and I also love the label design. Will definitely buy again.

I've been using this for a few years now. It's a great addition to my health. I will warn you that I do get yellow coming out of my skin. I noticed it on my underwear, my headphones and parts of my clothes, and it didn't come out in the wash. But I put up with that for the health benefits. It's a very high quality product.
High quality Curcumin ingredient. The package is relatively small size, meaning the cost is higher than larger packages. Taking it from the age of 32, so felt the benefits overtime of less inflammation overall. Really recommended product.
