Doesn't smell too bad and not too strongly garlic. Good ingredient to get rid of sibo. I hope to get better gut function and immunity. I think anti viral and antibacterial properties may help with the sibo. Doesn't taste at all and easy to swallow. Good quality and nice packaging.
