Very good for heart health. Used to have chest pain but after taking this , gradually lessen the chest pain. Consult a doctor if chest pain persist.

Why the high mark then? Well the effects are measurable, quality is well known at this point and the price is quite reasonable. But my stomach really doesn't like this supplement, it causes nausea for me and some bowel movement issues. I tried with food, drinks etc. no difference. I am inclined to soldier on because the BP effects are really great. So I would err on the side of caution and recommend buying the lowest/cheapest dose just so you can gauge if it sits well with you, otherwise its the best garlic supplement I've ever taken with tried and tested ingredients in this brand.
