A great protein to supplement your training regime
I can say, as someone who got used to Dymatize ISO100 only in the past year and a half, that once I tried it, I never stopped buying it. And I think you will feel the same. It offers the best dairy control (dairy is poison) for whey protein. Considering the large package, the price is reasonable (73 servings). The taste is not as strong as BSN's Syntha, but it's still good. Just because something isn't overly 'tasty' doesn't mean it tastes bad. Actually, it tastes fine. Most of Dymatize ISO100's flavors are okay. But remember, don't take protein for the taste, but rather for the quality and the benefits it provides for your workouts and your body.

Undoubtedly one of the best, if not the best Protein hydrolysates in the market. People tend to buy proteins, read the nutritional label and think they are getting all the macro-nutrients written. They fail to realize that the digestion process is a big factor in this, hence why the quality of the proteins and process is actually a huge factor in what you are actually getting. Hydrolyzed protein is the most absorbent form of proteins of the lot followed by the isolates. and to add, without any fillers or added supplements. The texture is smooth, the taste is amazing (and this specifically does taste like coco pops cereal). The cross-flow micro-filtration, multi-step purification process is basically what helps your body digest close to 100% of 25g of protein. No upset stomach from this too, 3rd party tested, BCAA's included, you can't go wrong. if this has helped please smash that like button.
