tried JYM SS8 when I was hitting a plateau in my fat loss journey. The 120-capsule bottle lasted me a while. I liked that the ingredient list was transparent, and the dosage was straightforward. I definitely felt a boost in energy, which helped with my workouts. As for actual fat loss, it's hard to isolate, but I felt it supported my efforts alongside diet and exercise. No weird aftertaste, which is a plus. If you're looking for a fat burner to give you that extra push, this might be worth a shot, but remember, it's not a magic pill.
This is my first time using this product but it has all of the essential ingredients for a great fat burning product. Ive been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and the Stoppani brand is one of the best, most trusted names out there so i decided to give this product a try. For a stim based fat burner this one is pretty goid. It does have a bit of a jittery affect athe first few times of usage but not unbearable like some other products. These affects do subside after a few days. The key ingredient Rauwolscine is the reason i opted for this product because research shows that this in combination with the other ingredients is a powerful fat burner.
Take it everyday besides weekends... wash the pills down with a shot of espresso upon waking up. Maybe start with 2 or 3 caps if u have low caffeine tolerance. I trust the ingredients since Dr. Jim Stoppani is reputable. With a proper diet and exercise will definitely help burn fat.
I'm no stranger to thermogenic supplements and consume my fair share of caffeine, but my first dose of two caps in the late afternoon kept me up all night and well into the morning and left me feeling quite dry. I have to time my intake carefully, but I will say that I have noticed the benefits. After two months, I will take a few weeks break as I become too used to the strong dose.
I wanted to try a high dose of green tea extract, as I couldn’t drink lot of green tea all day. I gave it a shot. I may have felt good energy, and focus. My weight didn’t change though. Maybe if I try it again for at least 90 days as they recommend.
