I a while ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and I was reading about supplements that help balance the hormones and this came up so I purchased this product with a bunch of other different ones and I do recommend it but I want to say that I recommend first that you go to a Naturopath or doctor that can lead you into which you need and which you don’t and also sometimes what you need is a change of diet that’s anti-inflammatory, that was my case so I use these products, but I also changed my eating habits and I did see the change in my energy and all in all health and again it could be due to this or altogether. I did purchase a bunch of supplements but my naturopath kind of told me which ones were good and which ones not so I think she just simplified it for me I did like the quality of the products the dosage is on the back and I think it’s a pretty good size.

Easy to swallow. I’m pre-diabetic and bought this cinnamon supplement to help with glucose control. I took it for several months. Unsure the overall effect it had on my glucose control. Will vary by person and diet.
