Instructed by ChatGPT, I take half a capsule in the afternoon to aid sleep in the coming night. I first took it about an hour before bed, but noticed (like many others) that it disrupted my sleep and made me dream quite intensely, so I moved it to the afternoon with good results. Can't say I notice much effects in the afternoon otherwise, especially since I take it with Taurine which has much more evident effects, but I appreciate this supplement and would recommend the formula. I bought magnesium bisglycinate because I found out that this is the best form of magnesium, and I have to say that I’m satisfied with the quality of this particular product so far. My muscles feel much more relaxed, and I fall asleep more easily at night. I would prefer not to have to take two capsules at once, but that’s okay too. I’ll keep tracking whether there are any long-term effects.
