This is a good quality magnesium. I love that there’s no fillers. Only problem is the amount of magnesium is so little with already 3 pills. The pills are very small and easy to swallow. Wish they put more magnesium though as it should be 300mg daily for a women and this is only 75 with the 3 pills.
I take one capsule in the morning and 2 at night, as recommended. They’re great! I’m sleeping better. Also love that the capsules are so small and easy to take 👌🏼
