Instructed by ChatGPT, I take half a capsule in the afternoon to aid sleep in the coming night. I first took it about an hour before bed, but noticed (like many others) that it disrupted my sleep and made me dream quite intensely, so I moved it to the afternoon with good results. Can't say I notice much effects in the afternoon otherwise, especially since I take it with Taurine which has much more evident effects, but I appreciate this supplement and would recommend the formula.
