I've been enjoying using these. The only issue is they're not supposed to be used with mint...and I always want to take these after I've brushed my teeth. So timing them is annoying, but otherwise, they do produce a calming effect and I find them support for my bed and sleep time processes. It doesn't seem like there's a difference in ingredients between these meltaway tablets and the same kind in the blue travel tube, but these tablets really work. I've been using them for over a year as needed, and they're non-habit-forming.
