Berberine Phytosome, 60 Capsules (550 mg per Capsule)

I am purchasing this after hearing rumors about the effectiveness of berberine in helping with blood sugar. This is my second bottle already.

Good composition, good brand with clean composition. It is convenient to drink them, they also lower blood sugar levels, especially when there is insulin resistance and reduce cravings for sweets.

I decided to try this particular form of berberine with phytosomes. The capsules arrived in a well-sealed jar, the packaging was intact, and the capsules were a reasonable size. Delivery took about 5-6 days. I'm just starting to take it, so I can't comment on the results yet, but the product itself is excellent: great ingredients and excellent quality.

It has a distinctive herbal scent, but since I swallow it quickly, it isn't a big issue. The size is just right—not too small, but not so big that I can't swallow it. I was told it is better to take it 15 minutes before a meal, so I have been taking it twice a day like that. So far, I haven't experienced any gastrointestinal side effects, and I think it's good because it's a phytosome.
