Aging and peri-menopause have my hormones messed up. This probiotic has been lovely for giving me back nice freshness again. I find the 90 billion cfu works, but the 25 billion cfu did not work for me. My only complaint: the manufacturer puts a horrible orange flavored disk inside every bottle - it makes the pills taste like orange furniture polish. Even if you remove the disk, the pills are still orange flavored and scented. The flavoring is not needed or wanted.

this product I brought it to up my level of probiotics intake and I specifically wanted the strains GR-1 and GR 14 and I found this product which offered much more and the two strains I was looking for did its job honestly
