I like these seaweed sheets I use them all the time. The flavor is really good, It’s not too salty. I use it in sushi rolls, rice bowls, salads and wraps. The size of the seaweed sheet is pretty big, you can use it as a wrap (gimbap) or cut it to use it in other dishes. It tastes great. You can also have it as a snack!
One of my favorite healthy snacks! Delicious chips, crunchy, quality organic composition, convenient pack size! These chips can also be eaten on a diet! Crackers are a big miss for me on Paleo. I miss them much more than bread having grown up on stacks of saltines. I have tried several brands, and these are the winners. My top reasons why are: 1) Great crunch. Even "snap". Some others that have as good an ingredient profile as these can be crumbly, which is not what I want. 2) Neutral taste. I want to taste what is on the cracker. The cracker is the base player, the topping is lead guitar. These crackers have a good neutral taste. 3) 100% paleo compliant ingredient panel.

Seaweed is a good source of iodine, I find myself using these sheets as a replacement for tortillas. It works well, and it’s very very tasty, I’m on a keto diet, so I don’t use any grains, this works well to make wraps and things, or just to snack on it. Love it.
