A great healthy snack for my kids and me. It is very crispy. It has some amount oil and salt. So, beware of oily hands when you eat it. The ingredients are organic. The avocado flavor is my son’s fav one.
This seaweed snack is good and I love that it has avocado oil which is unique to these snacks but I do find them to be a little bit too salty. I think for an occasional snack it’s good but in terms of a regular one it’s definitely too salty.
we just love the taste of this, we eat with rice or by itself. plus knowing it doesn't have toxic composition makes you more confident to take it.

This is a perfect thing to eat especially on a diet it is very satisfying as the serving size gives you a decent amount. They taste amazing and the olive oil are great as well
these are delicious and we have been buying them for years. iherb always has a good price for the multipack and several decent flavors. the only thing you must watch for are the little pieces of green inyour teeth after you eat it!
