Comes with vitamin D, C and Zinc and is formulated with multiple strains of probiotics that are histamine neutral or histamine degradating. The size of the pills were larger than regular pills which made swallowing a bit difficult. Otherwise it did not have any odd taste. The packaging was good, in a tinted bottle. Overall, the product feels like a quality product justified for it's relatively higher price.
