ingredients and previous reviews seem to be very promising about product quality, so purchased for my toddler. to be honest, I have difficulty giving it to my child. I tried adding to water - it changes water taste and kids refuse drinking such water. Adding to warm meals like porridges isn’t recommended so I am still struggling to give it regularly and assess its effect. might consider sticking to a different product
