I recently tried Genexa's Maximum Strength Antacid in the Organic Berry & Vanilla flavor during my pregnancy, and I have mixed feelings about the product. On the positive side, I truly appreciate the ingredients used in this antacid. It's reassuring to know that it’s made with organic components, which is especially important to me during this sensitive time. The formulation feels safe and gentle, aligning with my preference for more natural remedies. However, I must admit that the taste was not to my liking. While I was hoping for a pleasant berry and vanilla flavor, I found it to be somewhat off-putting. It was a bit challenging to get through, especially when I was already dealing with nausea and other pregnancy-related discomforts.

Since I’ve tried these genexa antacids I will never go back to any other brand! They taste and work great without any added unnecessary ingredients! The package size is perfect too as even with more frequent use it still lasts a long time so you get a good value for your money!

Genexa Antacid (Maximum Strength) is a calcium carbonate–based chewable antacid, very similar in function to mainstream options like Tums. The key difference is its “clean label” approach—it uses the same active ingredient (1000 mg calcium carbonate) but removes artificial dyes, talc, and preservatives.

This antacid has been very helpful for me. It works quickly to relieve heartburn and stomach discomfort, especially after heavy meals. I usually feel better within minutes. The berry and vanilla flavor is actually pleasant and not chalky like many other chewable tablets. It’s easy to chew and gentle on the stomach. I also appreciate the clean ingredient approach from this brand. The bottle size is convenient and lasts a good amount of time. I will definitely keep this as a regular item at home.

Thank you Genexa for creating a healthier antacid. I occasionally suffer from heartburn and find that 2 of these do the trick. I find the taste fine and the value is great - you do get many chews for the price. A great quality product from a great company.

I use these tablets when I have heartburn or acid reflux, and they are effective. I try not to overuse them. The flavor is very nice, almost like candy. The taste is sweet. Size of package is large, not very convenient to carry with you in a bag

This is a very healthy antacid choice since it doesn’t have all the flavor and colors or other additives. Works well and tastes great too. I don’t mind spending a little bit more than the basic store brands when I see the quality of the ingredients

Great alternative. The same as Tums but no synthetic dyes!
