This Serrapeptase helped me with my sinus pressure. For all of those people who gave it a lower score for being hard to swallow, I would say that this is a feature of this product to help it keep its potency until it reaches the small intestine, and you should know this going in. Like the amount that is in this but I think it's more effective when taken with "natto" enzyme (or when it is already included). Still, when on sale, the price can't be beat since you get 180 capsules & you only need 1 capsule to get the full 40k SPUs!

this is amazing at breaking biofilm but it can be very strong. i definitely get detox reactions. you should probably use this with a binder like charcoal or psyllium husk. i definitely can't take this everyday, maybe once or twice a week but I am sensitive. it cleared my sinuses and my throat. i can sing again, which I wasn't able to do for 20 years because of my hidden infection in my sinuses
