Very good quality, taste is mild and yummy 😋. very good protein without the fat. organic ingredients. I like that are very small, they are very tender and cook up fast. very beneficial to my food program. I like the packaging. I would recommend eating lentils at least twice a week, very cheap and nutritious meal. can be paired with beans and veggies for very tasty cold salad on warm days, also very filling. These lentils cook up very quickly and work well whether eaten on their own or in a curry, soup or stew recipe. They cook down and become part of the broth, making a lovely creamy texture. Great source of protein and very convenient as they're cooked in only 15 minutes. You can add any flavor you like. I'm vegetarian but there's no reason this couldn't be part of any diet. Highly recommended.

Like all Bob's Red Mill products, I find that they never skimp on quality. The peachy red color also adds a beautiful look to any soup or cold salad you make with this. I like to use it as a substitute for wheat when I make tabbouleh, since my husband has a gluten allergy, or in fattoush to add more protein.

Red lentils are the best for making vegan bolognese, vegan patties, and so much more. Bob's Red Mill quality is always great and this is a decent sized bag. Plus it's a small thing but I appreciate the red packaging so that I can easily find red lentils in my crowded cupboard when I need them!

It's made with various grains..black beans.brown rice.quinoa.etc.. The best health diet and very delicious.. use a pressure cooker when making and spoon of olive oil

These aren't the cheapest red lentils available, but I do notice a difference in quality versus the other brand I used to buy. Will be getting these from now on.
