I love to have this ingredient in my kitchen because then I can make a comforting bowl of noodles without loading up on calories. The taste is neutral the noodles can take on any flavour profile. The package size is one serving, or two small ones. I use these mostly for soups or pad thai.

I used to eat dried konnyaku noodles in Japan, and this spaghetti-style noodle is a decent alternative. The taste is fine, but the texture is chewier and harder to break than the dried ones I loved. Still, it’s a healthy, low-carb option, and I like that Miracle Noodle offers different shapes to mix things up.
I find the texture to be a good substitute for regular pasta. Preparation is quick, often requiring just a rinse and drain before adding to dishes
The product itself is wonderful. No fishy smell, easy to prepare, neutral taste so you can make it your own, quality is excellent package size makes it easy to store (although it does not last long in my house!!!) It is so easy to use, I love this product, but the price is rather steep.
