Smoked Oysters With Red Chili Pepper, 3 oz (85 g)

I finished it in one go literally 5 minutes after this arrived. It was smoky with proper spice, the oysters aren't smelly or fishy at all. Delicious!

These smoked oysters were a pleasant surprise. The oysters are tender and meaty with a clean, natural flavor, enhanced by a strong smoky aroma. The olive oil keeps them moist and rich, while the red chili pepper adds some warmth rather than overpowering heat. I especially liked the balance of flavors - smoky, spicy, and pleasantly savory. They taste great straight from the can or served on crackers as a quick snack or appetizer. A very satisfying option if you enjoy tinned seafood with a little extra kick.

My husband adds them to salads, i have them on crackers and they satisfy our appetite. It does not have any aftertaste and are easy to carry around or store, especially when travelling. Seafood in a tin is never anticipated for its smell, but I was pleased that this had no strange odor. The pepper is a great ingredient added to an already great product that's great for keeping on hand as a compatible addition to many diets. I buy it for the taste, and it's nutritious as well.

I got these smoked oysters for my brother, and he really liked them! The flavor is rich and smoky without being too salty, and the texture is tender, not rubbery like some other brands. They’re great as a snack or added to pasta and salads. The packaging is neat and easy to open. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy seafood with a deep, smoky taste!

They come in a can, and to be honest, the first bite was a bit weird for me — I wasn’t sure if I’d like them. But after a few more, I actually started to enjoy the taste. They have a nice smoky flavor and a rich texture. I might buy them again!

It’s nowhere near as good as fresh oysters but maybe it can be more palatable for people who don’t like oysters as the texture is closer to chicken. Nevertheless, it gives you a bit of the natural high oysters give you and they are tasty. They are nice with bread and butter, in a pasta, or in onigiri balls together with parsley. You get a lot of nutrients at once and it’s a very sustainable food!

I tried the Crown Prince Natural Smoked Oysters with Red Chilli Pepper, and while I love the brand, this one was a bit too spicy for my taste. The oysters themselves are as high-quality as always, but the level of heat from the red chili pepper was just too much for me. I much prefer the original smoked oysters without the added spice, as they have a more balanced flavor that I can enjoy without the burn. If you're a fan of spicy foods, you might love this version, but for me, I’ll stick with the classic.

So much flavour in a small can. The size of the oysters were perfect for canapés of cheese and crackers and many guests were impressed. Quality was good and all oysters came intact.
