Great price for SBO's and a great stack! The combination with the whole food enzymes is what you want! Spore Probiotics or Soil based organisms will be more popular as the information gets out there! If we don't garden, buy from the farmers markets, forage or eat fermented foods we are definitely lacking these microorganisms in our Gut microbiome! I was using this regularly and found it to be quite powerful - occasionally even experienced it working a little TOO well, resulting in loose movements if I took it every single day. That was due to my vegan diet, which is full of fiber. So I began alternating these with a regular probiotic and that solved the problem. I'm now temporarily experimenting with a keto diet, quite strictly, and because I'm no longer eating cereals and grains, I'm only getting fiber from salads and veggies. These are working great without the looseness and keep me from the constipation that I had begun to experience on the keto program. I try to take these first thing in the morning before I've eaten. Have had no negative side effects. I had read about soil-based probiotics being more effective and I definitely experience that to be true. I'm also supplementing them with sauerkraut at least 2x a day, a great source of probiotics. I will probably order these again because I like the ingredients and I like CodeAge products. A little pricey - but I have doubts about the content and effectiveness of many other probiotic brands.

I’m really impressed with the quality of these probiotics all the way from the packaging to the consuming. Highest quality bottle and the atypical labeling, is smooth and feels expensive. Under the tight plastic safety seal, over the entire cap, is a plain white seal which needs to be punctured to remove, then a layer of thick, soft cotton further protects the capsules. The capsules themselves are bright in color and easy to swallow. The benefits and health effects are tangible after just a few days. No bitter taste and nothing unexpected besides a really great impression all around. I’ll buy again. Thanks!

Did my research and compared the ingredient list of each and found this one to be exactly identical to Dr. Axe’s formula in strength and in its content list. Additionally, the Code Age formula has 30 more capsules with 90 per bottle, as compared to 60 in the Dr. Axe bottle. A far better value for the money.

These are my favorite probiotics. I’ve tried different ones over the last 20 years when there was really only 1-2 brands available in grocery stores. These help keep my IBS under control. Easy to swallow and they do make a difference in my gut health - much less bloating and GI inconsistency. My 31 year old son (finally) tried probiotics too and altho he is lactose intolerant, probiotics make it possible for him to eat some dairy with no repercussions. I recommend probiotics and SBO probiotics are great!

This is a great quality supplement. Mostly because I favor the ingredients. Packaging is sleek. Regular size capsule. Benefits overall microbiome as it not only helped digestion but skin appearance as well. I’m going to assume in helping my digestion, it also helped absorption of food/nutrients. Had no aftertaste. Would purchase again. I kept mine in fridge.

Have tried numerous Probiotics and even Dr prescribed drugs to control my IBS and diverticulitis these last several years without success. But this probiotic combined with fasting once a week has truly saved me.

SBO (soil-based organism) probiotics are different from regular strains - they're more stable and don't need refrigeration. Codeage packs in 50 billion CFU which is impressive. Good for people who haven't found success with traditional probiotics. 90 capsules last a solid 3 months. Worth trying if you struggle with gut issues.

Such a great quality supplement to take for your gut health. Taste was great and it seemed to be really good for microbiome and digestion. Packaged well and I liked the ingredients in it. I was recommended this and was of great benefit to me. didn't cause me constipation.

One of the best probiotics I’ve tried! It really helped support my gut health and I noticed improvements in digestion and overall feeling after regular use. The blend is strong and effective, although it is a bit expensive — but for quality this good, I think it’s worth it. I’ll keep restocking this one!
