Lungs Vitamins+, 90 Vegetable Capsules

I was a smoker for 40 years and have emphysema and severe COPD. Been taking these vitamins for only a few days and can notice I can breath a little deeper. I feel that after a few months or so I will be able to breath a lot better. I've tried other lung pills to no avail but these seem to work. Been taking them for about a year and my blood oxygen level has gone up a couple percent. Great quality ingredients. I take them daily.The size and potency are both good. Im an ex-smoker and vaper and was looking for a way to help improve my lung health. I used to get what I can only describe as glare ups which weren't great to experience at all. They've now stopped. So far so good! I’ve been taking it for a week now. I love how cool it feels down the throat, not sure which ingredient does that magic. I have light coughs and I’ve noticed it diminishing a little bit further. Hopefully it’ll strengthen my lungs even more. I’ve also just started sharing it with someone who’s constantly coughing. I hope it helps her too. Too early to tell at the moment though.
