first to order it. i take it for 3 days now. it helps in sleeping as this contains melatonin. the ingredient is amazing i take it at night before i go to bed, and when i wake up i fell a light feeling in my stomach i dont really feel hungry all day. no cravings in the day the dosage is good. the size of the capsule is not that big easy to swallow. it does smell a little but no after taste. it really benefit my weight loss specially in cravings.
