Don't know if it's actually doing anything, but i have such a sweet tooth, so i need all the sugar balancing/lowering help i can get; i take with Berberine, Alpha-Lipoic acid, Kino powder, Ceylon Cinammon, Banaba and others. This is oversimplified, but Chromium Picolinate may be cancer causing, so i take this instead
