This is by far my favorite canned fish! The ingredients are simple yet rich and flavor, and the fact that it’s bone and skinless makes it easy to work with. I love making a sandwich with this, as well as pasta. I try to stock up on these during sales!

I had never eaten mackerel and thought it would have a heavy, fishy flavor. Imagine my surprise when trying the fish has a mild, tasty flavor with the light taste of jalapeno. I am thinking it will be good mixed with mayo like tuna salad. Will now keep in my pantry!

Great flavor, great texture. Though I still prefer their mackerel in just olive oil, this is still a 5-star worthy product. Not overly spicy.

I was worried this would be too spicy, but the heat level is perfect. It's a noticeable, pleasant warmth that builds a little, but it doesn't overpower the rich flavor of the mackerel.

This was really good. It’s not spicy by the way. Even though it has jalapeño in it, there was only maybe two jalapeños in mine. It’s a great flavor profile, but I just wanted to stress the fact that it’s not spicy so if you do like spice just know the jalapeño seems to be pickled. Or maybe the olive oil that’s in it absorbed the spicy flavor. I don’t know, but it’s not spicy. Still taste good though.

and nutritious, for the whole family. 2 year old enjoys it as well, it's high quality, fresh, and tasty without unhealthy additives. Highly recommend just wish it were a bit more affordable. We would order it all the time!!
