These are really nice because of the amount you get in one package compared to other melatonin gummies. If one oer day, you get nearly 4 months use! Can be cut in half for use in kids and for us, cut further into 1/4 size so 3 pieces for 3 kids! Works well to knock them out in 30 minutes.
This stuff puts me to bed as soon as I lie down LOL! The dosage says to take 2 and wait 30-60 minutes but sometimes I take only 1 and I still fall asleep in about 20 minutes. The taste is good it's a Gummi but it's not covered in sugar. It's also vegan I believe which is a bonus! The size is 120 gummies which is quite good in my opinion especially since I only took 1 or a half of one some nights and got the same effect. I don’t have any strange or unpleasant dreams like I did with some other melatonin products. I was also a bit worried because some reviewers mentioned that the gummies don’t taste good, but to me, the flavor is excellent. I let the gummy slowly dissolve in my mouth. Oh, and I should mention that I only take one gummy (5 mg) instead of the two recommended (10 mg). I highly recommend this product.
