I do like this product, but the TGA have the knicker in a knot and you cant import this product without a dr script- ridiculous policy. other wise i would permanently have it. regulators chop and change. absurd.

This product works great . It’s easy to take if I wake in the middle of the night , which happens a lot . The taste is not unpleasant and being liquid it absorbs quickly and I soon feel the benefit by getting drowsy and falling asleep again . The quality seems alright and I see no nasty ingredients listed on the label .

The method of administration I found that works best is to let it sit under your tongue for a few minutes before swallowing. You'll need to experiment with dosage, too high of a dose will cause drowsiness. start with one or two, taper up according to your preference. it'll take about 30 minutes to kick in but the main benefit is you'll sleep like a baby. high quality melatonin and pure ingredients. the small size of the bottle makes it perfect for travel as well. tastes really nice as a bonus.

I take this every night for more than 1 year. Good taste, you can select the dosage direct in the pump, I see effect just in a few minutes so I can say the quality and benefit s also good. Size is OK.

This is one of the best products I've ever used, literally 2 drops only is what I need to get a good night sleep... of course you need to manage other things like blue light from screens

Excellent product, the taste is pleasant, but extremely sweet, I have to drink it with water. But it works the most important thing, I'm not really happy that it's plastic packaging, but well, I guess it has to be like that because of transport. Most importantly, it helps me fall asleep very quickly. I recommend that first-time users use 1-2 mg (10 drops) for the first 7 days, and then only start using 3 mg at a time. I was a little dizzy the first day, I guess 3mg was too much to begin with. I drink it 30 minutes before bedtime and it works great

I adore this brand for it's well know combination of a good quality and good prices. I prefer liquid form of melatonin as it isn't metabolised via a liver and is very quickly absorbed. Together with glycine an magnesium, melatonin helped me to improve my sleep. And despite premenopausal changes I sleep like a child.

This liquid melatonin tastes delish, and has helped me soooo much!! Unfortunately I suffer from insomnia quite frequently. Before this arrived, I’d been awake two days straight. Previous products hadn’t helped me, even doubling other melatonin and valerian root. Surprisingly I still have quite a bit left, although it’s only a 2 ounce bottle. The dosage is listed on the dropper, so it’s easy to get the right dosage. It’s quality ingredients, and I love the benefits I’ve seen so far. I’m a fan for life!
