I've been using Magnesium Threonate powder for a while now, and I’m pleased with the results. The powder has a very light lemonade flavor, which is subtle but not the most exciting taste-wise. I took one scoop in the afternoon and one scoop in the evening. In the afternoon, I felt very sleepy, and after the second dose in the evening, I started feeling dizzy. In the morning, I feel nausea and restlessness. I don’t like the product and will not use it anymore.

Taste isnt great but not bad either. It doesnt mix well in water, leaves a sludge at the bottom of my glass. Wont buy it again.
