I have to say you can feel the difference compared to other brands of vitamin C. It is potent and it does what a Vitamin C is supposed to do i.e. its calming effect and antioxidant effect can be felt especially by someone who has been taking other brands which does not work. I gave this to a relative and he is sold on this brand.
This vitamin C is super gentle on my stomach. I have not had any problems.
