Organic Coconut Milk Powder, 12.6 oz (358 g)

This is my favorite coconut milk powder for two reasons. One, it has a higher amount of coconut milk fat and that makes it taste creamier. For my purposes, that makes it the highest quality and best tasting coconut milk powder that I have used. I have tried a number of other of other coconut milk powders when this one is out of stock and none taste as good in my chai tea or whatever else I mix it into. The second reason this is my favorite coconut milk powder is that it doesn't have any additives. There are very few coconut milk powders that don't have maltodextrin or tapioca powder, etc., added to them. Additives are found in all the cheaper coconut milk products and even some of the higher priced ones. The lack of additives does mean that it is best mixed with a small amount of liquid before adding to a large amount of liquid to get the smoothest consistency; but I usually skip that step because I don't find it necessary. If you want creamy coconut milk without having to refrigerate beforehand, I recommend this product.

I like to use this when I haven't made any almond milk and feel like milk in my tea. It does tend to sit on top of the drink as a layer of fat but it does the job. Tastes good. I find I need 3-4 scoops for it to taste the way I like.

I use it every morning in my coffee and it has a good taste, it does not overwhelming the taste of the coffee with a minimal amount of product and is not like a creamer with Very little additives. Good size container and scooper included.
