I give this to my children with some honey. One of my children has eczema, and Sinus issues. This along with cold liver oil and then celadrin topical cream keeps it well under control. Another benefit is that I noticed they rarely get colds. I am not a Dr. Its just my observation.
I recently tried the Dynamic Health Tart Cherry, Turmeric & Ginger Tonic, and I must say, it’s quite an interesting blend! The tart cherry flavor is prominent, with a warm hint of ginger and turmeric. While the turmeric taste is strong, mixing it with other juices like cranberry helps balance it out. I noticed a slight improvement in my joint pain after a few weeks of use. The tonic is a bit tart, but overall, it’s a great addition to my daily routine. This is delicious and feels super healthy. It has a lot of bits of solids in it that collect at the bottom of the glass—tastes like the ginger and turmeric, and doesn't bother me, but if one is sensitive to that it could be strained. It seems like a very pure and natural product, not over processed. Hope it helps my immunity this winter.
Bought this to have daily in my glass of water to help with inflammation. It tastes great, just a bit tart with the warm tones of the ginger. I can’t really taste the tumeric. So far after 3 weeks of use I do find a difference in pain from my inflammation. I do find it very watery as other tart cherry concentrates are thicker.
This is my go to product for inflammation and pain. Helps me a great deal. Been using it for years. Have recommended to others and they also love it.
Started using this to see if it would help with my aches and pains. Noticed pretty quickly that it made a substantial difference. The taste doesn’t bother me, I add a little water and drink it every night after work. I have not had to take any otc pain meds since I started using it. I’m on my second bottle and will continue to take it for a few months before I stop and see how I feel. I highly recommend it!!!
I started taking this product quite a few years ago. I used to purchase it through the vitamin store, but then found purchasing through iHerb to be a much better option. This product has a pleasant taste, and I find it very helpful.
Good for sleep tastes decent especially if you dilute it a bit
This tonic is amazing. After taking, my sharp glute and saciatical pain were relieved significantly within the hour. And I could enjoy that for several hours. Since I have cut off my pain killer pills. And i have been drinking this tonic everyday.
Also bought the tart cherry concentrate from dynamic health. This is with turmeric and ginger which gives it an interesting spicy taste. Would prefer tart cherry alone though
