May not happen for everyone, but noticed about 4-5 days after starting Neuriva, that the depression I was experiencing was lifting as well. Maybe it's only because I do feel less depressed when I feel more alert, like after a cup of coffee. Anyway, I like the two simple ingredients and will continue taking. Have been for more than a year now.

I ordered Neuriva so I could continue taking this product. I am sure it is probably worth another star, but this is the 2nd bottle I have been taking and I would like to see the effect it has on me to improve my memory. I will give another review when I use it more often. So far, I know it is going to help me. They are capsules, so there is no taste and it is easy to swallow. A capsule a day is all that I take. I am surprised that one of the ingredient is coffee fruit extract. I am looking forward to the benefits of this product as I continue to use in my daily diet.

’ve been taking Schiff Neuriva Brain Performance (Original, 30 Capsules) for a few weeks now, and overall I’m satisfied with the results. I noticed a mild improvement in focus and mental clarity, especially during busy workdays. It’s not a dramatic change, but I do feel a bit more alert and less mentally tired. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach, which I appreciate. I also like that it’s simple to take once a day. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the effects are subtle and may take some time to notice. Overall, I think it’s a decent brain support supplement and worth trying if you’re looking for light cognitive support.

These have great quality and the benefit is that it does help with mental health. I notice it positively influences my grandmother's mental health. The bottle is a good size and good dosage. It seems to have good enough ingredients and taste.
