It is effective to Improve my allergies with quercetin ingredients. Quality is good with 500mg vitaminc and the capsules size is easy to swallow. The package is 60 capsules per month. It has no taste, great antioxidant and has no issues on stomach. Probably will repurchase if no other products are better than this.

I have a few Quercitin types but I like this one with the added C. Helps with allergies and itchy skin. C is a natural antihistamine which only has positive side effects for me.
