Elderberry is rich in antioxiants and helps to build up a healthy immune system. It brings me a regular time to go to the toilet and promotes a good bowel movement. The package is small. I have a good night sleep after taking it before bed. Also, it makes me awesome for my skin health.

I was getting sick often and couldn't take vitamin c due to allergy. a pharmacist recommended me this option of probiotic and it changed my life. now I'm taking it twice a year ( just my decision) when I start feeling a bit exhausted. it literally boosts my energy and immune. I feel like it has shows good impact on overall gut health. just fyi, there is no taste, it digests easily and in our case we have been taking it with dinner. I did a research and based on it in the evening our metabolism is slower so a probiotic will work towards it as well.

my immune was ruined and as an allergic to vitamic C I was advised to take probulin with elderberry extract. since then I have been feeling like a different person)))) I have more energy, feel more healthy and plus no gas and pain in my intestines. the quality and the ingredients of this product are amazing and it serves a great daily supplement for everyone
I haven't been taking this long enough to give an honest review but these seem to be working better than many others I've tried, so far. I'd like an opportunity to review after a few months of being on them. Blister seal packaging is good but I have to wonder how much of the products effectiveness is lost in transit while subjected to the heat. I am plagued with constipation and I'm not sure if this is helping but I do notice a little bit of a difference. Time will tell.
