I use this because it’s supposed to benefit the immune system. The taste is richer than regular honey and the ingredients are much, much darker. the dosage I use is about a teaspoon in my tea. It seems to be high quality. I wish it came in a larger size.
I take a spoonful of this Manuka honey every morning on an empty stomach for my health routine. The quality is excellent, and it has a rich, deep flavor that isn't overly sweet. It feels very premium and helps me start my day feeling energized. I will definitely purchase it again!
I eat about a teaspoon of this right away when I have a sore throat. I always get over a mild cold with just this, so it is very useful.

I always tell people buy the most expensive manuka honey you can afford. I buy from big box store when it is on sale. This is a good one to have on hand for general health benefits.
