I've used bee pollen off and on for years. I really do think it helps with hair health because my hair seems to grow faster when I use 1-2 tbsp. of this every day. I like it in yogurt with some flax seeds and blueberries and cinnamon. It's so high in B vitamins and natural protein while being low in sugar and carbs. If you can't do honey like I can't (sugar), this is a great option to still get all those nutrients! Great brand, I'll definitely reorder this one. I like the jar, just wish it was glass. Keep it in the fridge for optimal freshness!

I absolutely love this stuff. I add it to my oatmeal every day. Bee pollen has so many benefits, especially for the immune system. Also for my lady’s here, I heard it makes your chest grow and I can’t say I see a huge difference but I can say that there is something different Lol

Tastes good. You can eat it as a snack. No need to add it to anything. I’ve gained 1 kg and I don’t know whether it is because of it or something else I ate.

Packaging is supreme, and so is the dosage of the product. The taste is awful and honest I haven’t been able to eat it without chugging it down with water or mixing it in milk. Benefit is pretty great considering how much it does for the body. The size of it is huge, and quality is great.

It may not has a nice taste, but it has so many benefits. I started using the product on 1.1.25 and I haven't been sick since, and it's been almost a year. It completely strengthens the immune system and the overall feeling. The product is natural, the quality is good and lasts me about two and a half months.
