Good results, but the taste is awful! I’ve been taking bee pollen pills for a few weeks and have noticed a boost in energy and overall well-being. However, the taste is really unpleasant. I’ve had to take them with a lot of water to get them down, but the benefits make it worth it. If you can get past the taste, they’re definitely worth trying!”
