I dont know if im imagining this but I took a spoon daily on an empty stomach and my iron levels went up in my follow up blood work. I heard that royal jelly does that but i did not expect measurable results after a couple of months. It cant hurt.
If you’re on a gluten free/grain free diet, you have to find ways to get your B vitamins. This is a great way to fill the gap. It’s highly effective in keeping your immunity strong, I hardly ever get sick. It also makes my skin nice and glowy and improves my mood. Love it!
I love honey so much that I think I tried every single one of them. But this one, oh, this one is became my favored one! The taste is very strong and flower honey one with a little of milkish taste. Everyone loves it, and a big plus it’s super healthy and perfect item for a winter season. The size of it is normal as the dosage is small
THis is hard to find at this price. Don't raise the price please. It is of high quality and pure and provides many health benefits. The taste is great. I just take it on a spoon. Do not put the used spoon back although it kills bacteria and parasites and fungy.
This honey is much better than my expectations. It doesn’t taste like Royal Jelly but as soon as you put it in your mouth you can taste how rich and potent it is. Quite strong that I take a sip of water to wash it down. I’d definitely buy it again.

this honey and royal jelly brand tastes good and it mixes well in warm tea. this brand has very good quality honey and the ingredients taste pure.
This Royal Jelly Honey is excellent quality. It has a rich, smooth taste and feels very natural. I’ve been using it daily and noticed increased energy and overall well-being. It’s easy to take, blends well with tea or on its own, and doesn’t feel overly sweet. The combination of honey and royal jelly feels nourishing and effective. delicious and the feel is also great. can tell it is high quality. it is very easy to eat a lot of it at once... similar to manuka honey and better than some manuka ive had.
