Hey this is great! I could see energy shift in my body. I took this in the near evening time, that time i was drained & tired due to working so long hours. I took this and i could feel after a while my energy is shifted, and i have energy again to complete my house chores till night time! This is a great quality ashwagandha pill that is great for improving mood, especially when you’re stressed or burned out! It also helps with sleep when taken close to bed time! It’s definitely a bitter pill to swallow but definitely worth the benefits! I only wish it came in a bigger size because I take it so often!
